Growing up, Cathy was my second mom. To this day, she is a one my role models, confidants, and teachers in life. About three years ago she introduced my to yoga and since then my life is completely different. When taking her class, you can feel how committed she is to her practice and helping others further their own. Everything Cathy promotes comes from her heart in the best interests of the people around her. I now practice yoga all the time and have found peace in so many ways through my practice all because of how Cathy has helped me.
