"My husband and I moved here from NYC four years ago. Honestly, I was so shocked to find myself living here, that it took me a year to figure out that I had to find things to make myself happy here or I would sink into a true depression. I have always liked Yoga and have been practicing for over 30 years. So my husband and I decided to try Yoga at the Eau (we were members there). Meeting Cathy actually helped me start a life down here. Her empathy and humor and understanding made me feel so comfortable. She immediately introduced me to some other women. I enjoyed getting back into Yoga on a regular basis and exercising always makes one feel better. Cathy's humor and generosity of spirit makes the class lots of fun. So in short, Cathy, many thanks." - Sue B.
